1.Customer accepts full responsibility for contents of container and any extra charges
that may be levied as a result of disposing of items on our list of items not to put in
the container or items on the extra charges may apply list.
2.Customer and Contractor's Disposal Inc. have agreed upon the location of the container
placement on your property. Customer accepts full responsibility for any damage to
their driveway, parking lot, lawn etc. which results from placement of the container
on the agreed upon area.
3.Do not load over the top of the container. Extra charges may be applied for off loading.
We, by law, cannot haul potential "leaky loads".
