  • Commercial/Residential clean-up customers can fill out the waiver form with the service representative if applicable. You may fax this form to : 309-862-3475.

     

  • Schedule delivery, placement and pick-up of the container.

     

  • The next thing you will see is Contractor's Disposal Inc. arriving at your location.
